Wake County Justice Center - Raleigh, North Carolina

TRC is providing Structural Steel Detailing Services to the new Wake County Justice Center located in Raleigh North Carolina. The facility will be 11 stories tall; 576,996 square feet and 1,776 tons of steel. The center will help meet the growing needs of the court system and other public services. The new facility will offer almost double the space – 22 more criminal courtrooms, 17 elevators and an escalator. It is expected to meet the county's needs for the next 30 to 50 years. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2013.
