Brentwood Park Community (HOPE VI) - Jacksonville, Florida
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services for this $25 million, 328-unit apartment complex for Jacksonville HUD authority. The project has a two-story, 70,000 square foot senior residence building, a 205,000 square foot, two-story four-plex, and a community center.
