TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this six-story, 61,000 square foot, 15-unit condominium situated on the Gulf of Mexico. The luxury condominium consists of 5 residential levels over parking on-grade and includes spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, elevator access to each resident foyer, a social club/recreation room, and heated swimming pool.
