Project Description
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. was selected by the State of Florida's Department of Management Services for the restoration of the two-level underground parking facility.

Services included an existing condition survey that established the scope of required repair work and project budget, preparation of technical specifications and bidding documents, and contract administration and construction observation of the work in progress.

Solutions
Remove carbonated concrete spalled areas of walls and beams
Prepare exposed reinforcing to receive flowable polymer-modified repair mortar
Inject hydrophyllic urethane grout to seal leaks at cracks in perimeter walls below grade
Replace deflected concrete ventilation bulkhead with lighter economical steel framing and sheet metal enclosure
Apply penetrating surface treatment with migrating corrosion inhibiting admixture
