Lot E Mixed Use Development - New Haven, Connecticut
The Lot E project is a three story steel structure with architectural precast cladding. The building houses approximately 10,000 SF of retail space on the first floor with approximately 21,000 SF of office space on both the second and third floors.
The architectural precast cladding is light sand blasted white cement.
