Fusion 1560 Parking Structure - St. Petersburg, Florida
TRC provided precast specialty engineering for this parking garage; which is a five supported level two bay parking deck with three full height stair towers and one full height elevator included. This structure is for an apartment complex with buildings on all four sides. The exterior of this garage consists of solid wall panels. Also included are tees on the exterior that span across a creek and support 3 levels of apartment building above.
