This twelve level parking structure is located to the north of the existing MGM Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. The parking facility provides parking for the retail mall located to the south. The pedestrian bridge links to the retail and parking as shown above. There is a multi-plex theater at the ground level of this facility. The parking circulation is one-way traffic flow with angle parking. The site allowed for only a two bay structure. A total of 493,284 SF that covers 95% of the site. This facility is the tallest parking facility on Las Vegas Blvd.
