Chase Field (Bank One Ballpark) - Phoenix, Arizona
Owned by Maricopa County, Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team, plays a major part in making Downtown Phoenix the sports hub of the Valley of the Sun. Located just south of the ballpark is a 1,500 space parking garage. This above grade parking structure is a six level free-standing facility designed for maximum peak access and egress. The parking structure connects to the suite club level of the adjacent baseball stadium via a pedestrian bridge.
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. was the Prime Designer on the parking structure. Huber, Hunt & Nichols provided construction management and project coordination. This garage was completed in 1998.
