Arizona Center Deck "A" - Phoenix, Arizona

Arizona Center located in the heart of downtown Phoenix is a large shopping center surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens, pools, and fountains and features a great selection of unique specialty shops, as well as nine restaurants, four night clubs, and a 24-screen AMC Cineplex. TRC Worldwide Engineering was the prime designer on this design/build project. Parking structure "A" consisted of nine levels above grade and two levels below grade, providing 1,956 spaces for 300,000 square feet of retail space. Parking structure "B" is a 717 space parking structure, with seven levels above grade, servicing employee parking for an adjacent 230,000 square feet office building.
