Port St. Lucie City Hall - Port St. Lucie, Florida
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this new three-story, 70,000 square foot City Hall building located in the City of Port St. Lucie. Built using the Design/Build method, the municipal complex houses the city clerk, utilities, council chambers, planning and zoning on the first floor; the second floor houses finance, data processing and additional administrative areas; and the third floor houses the city manager, city council, and all legal departments. The council chamber seats 154 and offers full audio-visual presentation capabilities.
