Oldsmar Galleria Oldsmar, Florida
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this 4-story, mixed use project in downtown Oldsmar at the top of Tampa Bay. The Galleria provides 20 one- and two-story town homes built above upscale shops, restaurants and professional offices. Oldsmar Galleria is the first phase of Olds Square, a $100-million redevelopment project in historic Oldsmar.
