The Cypress Club - Fort Myers, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided is providing structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for The Cypress Club- two 32-story towers located on the Caloosahatchee River within walking distance of the historic downtown Fort Myers riverfront. Each condominium tower is 570,000 square feet with luxury 2 and 3-bedroom flats and 2-story "loft units." Amenities for each Tower include private elevators, glass-walled grand lobby, two-story fitness room with spa, sauna and steam room, 30-seat private theatre, billiards room, great room with fireplace and wine cellar, cascading infinity-edge pool and a sculpture garden. Each Tower also includes a six-level, 267-space parking garage. The top deck of each garage has a beautifully landscaped Sunset Garden.
