TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for this $58 million, 30-story high-rise condominium with a single story auto court, connected to the first floor of the high-rise. There are only 28 high-end luxury residential units in this condominium – one 7,000 square foot residence per level.
