Duke Energy Center Mixed Use Complex Charlotte, North Carolina

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services for the Duke Energy Center project. The landmark six-phase, high-rise mixed use development includes a 50-story LEED certified office tower over 8 stories of parking; a nine-story building annex with a plaza on top; a 37-story condominium over 6 levels of Mint Museum and 9 levels of Parking.
