TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design on this 38-story project in the historic Fremont East district of downtown Las Vegas. The tower will offer premium Las Vegas views from 352 residential units, with approximately 6,500 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The condominium will also include an attached 8-level parking garage with a pool and tennis courts on a beautifully landscaped top deck of the garage.
