Trinity Health Replacement Hospital – Minot, North Dakota

The goal of Trinity Health is to create a replacement health care campus that will become the leader in clinical advancements and workplace satisfaction to improve the level of care for Minot, North Dakota and the surrounding 21 counties of the primary service area. This project will facilitate recruitment of the best physicians and nursing staff as well as create community pride never previously experienced in the region as it impacts the lives of thousands of North Dakota residents. The campus design provides flexibility between clinical departments, integration of diagnostic and surgical procedures and adjacencies that promote collaboration to deliver exceptional patient care with optimal outcomes.

We are utilizing Early Steel Detailing to produce the structural steel shop drawings. Steel detailing will begin at the design development level of the construction document process using the structural RAM model developed by the structural engineer. Steel shop drawings should be released for fabrication approximately one month after the structural steel shell package is released.
