As part of its commitment to innovative housing solutions, TRC Worldwide Engineering played a key role in the structural engineering design and construction administration of The Heights Residences at Gracepoint—a three-story, 64-unit apartment community in Seminole Heights East, Tampa, Florida. Designed to expand affordable and supportive housing, the development reserves 70% of its units for residents with disabilities and seniors (aged 55+), creating a safe and accessible living environment.

The 74,000-square-foot structure utilizes concrete block and precast plank framing, ensuring long-term durability and resilience. Strategically positioned in a growing Tampa residential district, The Heights Residences enhances housing accessibility while integrating seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood.
