Rosemary Street Parking Deck – Chapel Hill, North Carolina

TRC Worldwide Engineering provided precast concrete engineering services for the Rosemary Street Parking Deck, a six-level, 365,043-square-foot structure located at 125 East Rosemary Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

The completed deck offers 1,100 parking spaces and serves as a key component of the East Rosemary Street redevelopment initiative. A ground-level retail porch faces Rosemary Street, creating space for small businesses and vendors. Vehicular entrances are located at level 2 on the east elevation and near the northwest corner of the structure.
