Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Condominium Resort – Key Biscayne, FL

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this thirteen-story, 490,000 square foot, 402-room twin tower luxury hotel / condominium resort. The 12-acre site features two restaurants overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, two heated pools, palm gardens, and an 11-court championship tennis complex. Auxiliary attached buildings include a 20,000 square foot ocean-view spa, a 145,000 square foot parking structure, and over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 10,000 square foot ballroom.
