Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, Pelican Bay – Naples, FL
TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this 295-room luxury golf resort with heated pool and deck, four lighted tennis courts, and fitness center that includes weight training equipment and massage rooms. The resort is located on a 140-acre site and includes a seven-story guestroom tower, and two-story, 20,000 square foot ballroom and restaurant.
