Pura Vida Residences - Clearwater Beach, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design services for Pura Vida Residences, an eight-story luxury condominium in Clearwater Beach. The 95,000-square-foot high-rise features six levels of upscale residential units above two levels of parking. Floor plans range from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling hurricane-rated windows and glass-paneled balconies offering ocean views. Amenities include an oversized pool with a waterfall, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.

The structure is designed to meet Coastal High Hazard Velocity Zone requirements, incorporating deep pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete columns, post-tensioned beams and slabs, and a concrete frame with shear walls for lateral load resistance.
