TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design and construction administration services for a new three-story, 45,000-square-foot medical office building, delivering a durable, efficient structure tailored to the demands of modern healthcare use.

The building features a composite steel framing system, with lightweight concrete placed over corrugated metal deck for the horizontal floor construction—balancing strength, constructability, and long-term performance. The roof structure consists of steel deck supported by open-web steel joists and wide-flange beams, creating an efficient load path and flexible roof layout.

Vertical structural support is achieved through a combination of tilt-up bearing walls and structural steel columns, providing both stability and speed of construction.
