Megacenter Miramar - Miramar, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design and contract administration for Megacenter Miramar, a five-building warehouse and distribution complex totaling 198,000 square feet. The project included the construction of three single-story tilt-up concrete buildings (A, C, and E) with steel framing, joist girders, and roof decks.

A three-story expansion (Building B) was designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing structure, utilizing load-bearing CMU walls, concrete columns, and precast joists. TRC also led the renovation of Building D, reinforcing structural support for new steel stair systems, light-gauge framing, and slab-on-grade concrete elements.
