One of 2 parking garages as part of an urban mixed-use development less than 2 miles from Downtown Atlanta.
The Publix parking garage consists of 355 spaces over 2 levels with 55,000 SF full-service Publix Supermarket over parking.
Features include high-capacity 11,520 loads on second level for truck access and store loads. Parking garage also includes an access ramp utilizing InsulFoam on elevated structure, high vehicle clearance, and high visibility signage.
Key Components:
- High volume air change CFM via jet fan systems
- LED lighting throughout and EVC Stations to specific company standards
