Madison Yards, AMC Theater & Parking Garage – Atlanta, Georgia
Total Precast Cinema and Parking Garage includes 899 seat, 8 screen theater and 294 space, 4-level parking garage.
Theater Building includes insulated precast panels for cinema levels and general retail on partial level below.
Parking garage has been designed to be built into steep grade, held back with 25’ and soil nail walls with entries on first and third levels. The parking garage also provides emergency egress paths for theater patrons.
