Heritage Plaza Office Building & Parking Structure – Lakeland, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the precast engineer for this integrated office and parking development in the heart of Lakeland. The project features a 6-level, 220,570 SF parking garage designed for seamless access to an adjacent 40,000 SF, 3-level office building. The existing office building ties into the new garage with a bridge connecting the two structures.

The garage’s exterior blends form and function with integral colored concrete, sandblast finishes, cast-in thin brick, and architectural metal canopies and screening. A double-tee floor and roof system provides structural efficiency and long-term durability, while over 200 parking spaces support daily office activity with ease.
