The new urban mixed-use project includes Office, Theater, Hotel, Retail, Restaurants, and Food Marketplace spaces. Parking garage is set low on site to be below top parapets of surrounding buildings. Placement on natural grade allow entry and exit on multiple levels. Building and roadway proximity required innovative foundation designs and overall program analysis. Dynamic signage program with informative patron information provided on all levels. Parking garage connects to neighboring office building via pedestrian bridge at 4th Level. Aesthetics achieved with revels, textured paints, canopies, and mesh panels.
