EA Orlando Parking Structure – Orlando, Florida

TRC Worldwide Engineering provided precast engineering for this visually striking, 8-level parking structure located on the Electronic Arts Orlando campus. Designed to complement the digital-forward architecture of the EA facility, the garage features a signature wave-like façade that evokes the immersive flow of the VR world. As sunlight shifts throughout the day, the façade appears to transform, offering a constantly evolving visual experience for pedestrians and commuters alike.

Spanning over 197,000 square feet and housing 625 parking spaces, the structure also supports sustainability and innovation with integrated EV charging stations.
