Located in the heart of downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, the new Clarksville Parking Garage stands as a symbol of innovative design and engineering excellence. Developed through a seamless design-build approach by TRC Construction Services as the general contractor, this state-of-the-art structure supports the F&M Bank Arena and the city's burgeoning performing arts center, meeting the rising demand for parking as the city expands. With an exterior perfectly matched to the arena, the garage blends into the downtown aesthetic while adding both practicality and visual appeal.

TRC Construction Services led the project, with support from TRC's structural, precast, MEP, and architectural divisions, showcasing their integrated design-build capabilities. Utilizing shared cloud-based models in Revit, the teams collaborated efficiently to keep the project on track. Key features include a pedestrian bridge linking the garage to 110 Franklin Street and a vehicle bridge connecting to the existing Cumberland Garage, enhancing traffic flow and user convenience.

Spanning eight levels and approximately 168,000 square feet, the garage offers 587 parking spaces, including 15 dedicated electric vehicle charging stations—a nod to sustainability and green initiatives. Innovative elements like the radiant floor heating system in the concrete slabs melt snow and ice quickly, eliminating the need for a traditional roof and enhancing safety during inclement weather.
