Camden Durham Parking Structure – Durham, North Carolina

The Camden Durham parking project features a 7-level parking structure with 547 spaces across 223,489 square feet, serving as a key component of a vibrant mixed-use development. The garage is fully wrapped by retail and residential apartments, blending seamlessly into the surrounding community while providing essential parking capacity.

Designed with multiple entry and exit points and a central ramp system, the structure ensures efficient circulation for residents and visitors. Direct pedestrian access into the apartment buildings is provided through multiple elevators and stairwells, creating a safe and convenient connection between parking and living spaces.

TRC Worldwide Engineering served as the Precast Engineer, providing design and detailing services for the structure.
