Located at 28th Street and Peachtree Road in Atlanta, Brookwood is a 20-story, high-rise mixed-use development offering a blend of luxury residential, retail, and parking facilities. TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design and contract administration for this 855,000-square-foot project, which includes 21,500 square feet of retail space, a three-level underground parking garage with 483 spaces, and 141 above-ground parking spaces dedicated to retail customers. The tower features 272 luxury condominium residences, designed for modern urban living.

Homeowners enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of downtown Atlanta, Midtown, and Buckhead. The development also includes a private Owner’s Club, a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and landscaped gardens. Notably, Brookwood is recognized as the first condominium project in Atlanta to achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency.

The building’s structural design incorporates post-tensioned two-way concrete flat slabs, cast-in-place concrete beams, columns, and shear walls, with reinforced shear walls engineered to withstand seismic and wind lateral loads.
