Located in the heart of Downtown Bradenton, the Bradenton Center Garage is a multi-use parking structure designed to support the city’s economic development initiatives, including the addition of a new hotel, retail spaces, and office facilities. Built over a previous parking lot along Main Street, this 493-space parking garage integrates modern architectural elements with enhanced pedestrian accessibility.
The facility features a two-way traffic pattern for vehicle circulation, utilizing park-on-ramps, while pedestrian access is supported through stair and elevator towers near retail and office locations. The structure is a fully precast concrete design, incorporating sloped parking ramps and a 3-story architectural aluminum trellis. The south elevation features sail-like banners reflecting Bradenton’s coastal heritage, while the southeast corner showcases a dramatic, suspended full-height aluminum fin canopy at the Chamber of Commerce entrance.
As a mixed-use facility, the garage is fully equipped with sprinklers, with PARC (Parking Access and Revenue Control) features under consideration for future implementation. The project is also pursuing ParkSmart Certification to align with sustainable parking initiatives.
