Beach Place Resort – Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this 22-story, high-end mixed-use entertainment / retail / hotel complex on the Atlantic Ocean.

The facility includes 300 apartments and an underground 1,000-car parking garage. The design of this complex utilized different framing systems due to site restraints and proximity to the Coastal Construction Control Line.
