TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design and construction administration services for this cutting-edge medical and wellness destination.

The facility offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including primary care, pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, behavioral health, urgent care, imaging, and laboratory services. These are complemented by a fully equipped fitness center, featuring cardio and strength training equipment, personal training, group exercise classes, a fitness tracker system, and nutrition services. The site also includes a half-mile walking trail and a serenity garden, promoting overall well-being for patients and visitors.

Designed for both functionality and aesthetics, the structure incorporates steel framing, a welded and bolted moment frame lateral system, shallow foundations, and a striking two-story atrium space, ensuring a durable and modern architectural presence.
