Engineered by TRC Worldwide, the structure provides 401 gated parking spaces exclusively for residents of the AMLI Flatiron community.

This parking facility plays a key role in enhancing urban mobility and sustainability. It features dedicated electric vehicle charging stations, secure bike storage, and direct pedestrian connections to the adjacent 7-story apartment complex. Its proximity to the 1.5-acre Marie Sims Park reinforces the project's focus on walkability, lifestyle amenities, and modern living.
