TRC Worldwide Engineering provided structural engineering design and contract administration services, ensuring a durable and efficient structural system to support this modern workspace.

The building is supported by an auger-cast pile foundation, designed for long-term stability. Its gravity system incorporates concrete ceilings, soffit beams, precast joints, and concrete slabs across all floors and the roof, while shear walls provide lateral force resistance, enhancing structural integrity.
