The 10,000 Avalon Parking Structure is a 254,054 SF, six-level stand-alone precast garage located in the heart of Alpharetta, Georgia. Designed with both functionality and aesthetics in mind, the structure features exterior finishes that mirror the adjacent office building, including a medium sandblast treatment that blends seamlessly into the surrounding architecture.

Serving as the visual and functional gateway to the Avalon development and the City of Alpharetta from Highway GA400, the garage plays a critical role in shaping first impressions. TRC’s precast engineering expertise was instrumental in achieving a balance of structural performance, architectural consistency, and project efficiency.
