David M. Schreffler, P.E.
Principal, Division Manager
As a Principal, Division Manager for TRC Worldwide Engineering, David Schreffler has overall responsibility for the structural design and detailing of numerous on-going projects. As a member of TRC’s Precast Concrete Group, David’s projects include parking structures, stadiums and arenas, total precast structures including schools, as well as architectural cladding projects.
With 17 years in the Precast Concrete Group, his design experience includes essentially every facet of precast concrete engineering including lateral analysis using 3D computer modeling software.
His management responsibilities include, estimating projects, project scheduling, co-ordination with both his “in-house” teams and with “outside” customers as well as quality control. Additionally, he is also responsible for providing guidance and training to project engineers and design engineers working on his teams.
