Good news for the student community in Columbia!

TRC Worldwide in collaboration with the USC Foundation is launching a new student housing project. This expansive 940-bed building features state-of-the-art facilities for the students. The architects have aesthetically designed the building to serve the needs of the students.

This project of TRC Worldwide includes amenities such as 42000 Square feet of student meeting space, a 12000 Square feet space for restaurant and retail, a 580-space parking deck, a resort-style swimming pool, a two-story fitness center, individual and group study areas, and a rooftop lounge.

The entire building is a precast structure with a glass façade. The project began in January 2024 and is scheduled for completion by May 2025. TRC Worldwide has implemented comprehensive systems to meet the high standards of quality, safety, and energy efficiency and adheres to the project timelines.
