Beau Ciel Condominium Tower @ Boulevard of the Arts

TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this exclusive seventeen-story, high-rise tower in the heart of the thriving arts district. The luxury condominium features only 44 waterfront residences, each with a "through view" of the yacht harbor, city skyline, and Sarasota Bay. The Grand Penthouse takes up the entire top floor of 8,100 square feet with roof-top spa. One of the penthouses has two levels with a two-story glass wall overlooking the bay. The two-story, domed ceiling lobby has a circular staircase that leads to the Plaza Club amenities. These include the club room and bar overlooking the yacht harbor, a 16-seat theater, private dining room/board room, catering kitchen, card room, conference room, fitness club with locker rooms, saunas and pool. A 3-story waterfall is attached and integral with the pool terrace and parking levels.
