This parking garage consists of approximately 1,411,750 square foot of supported precast double tees. It is composed of three independent structures separated by expansion joints. The center structure has an atrium area creating openness at all levels. The layout of the garage is along an arc of a circle forming pieshaped double tee pieces that form the garage floor. The garage has seven supported levels spread out in a six bay area, one internal full height stair, three external full height stair towers and two internal full height elevator towers. Two of the exterior faces of the garage will have two types of thin bricks arranged to form an attractive brick pattern and exterior finish. The most unique feature of this project is that various portions of the garage step into an existing hill.
