Summerlin Mall Parking Garage Las Vegas, Nevada

Summerlin Mall Parking Garage

This garage was redesigned by TRC after the original 973 space design and scheme was over budget. TRC's design utilized its knowledge of precast components and parking layouts to improve SF and parking efficiencies while eliminating over $1 million in construction cost. TRC also improved interior sight lines, increased natural lighting, created functional truck/service bay operations, improved pedestrian bridge access and grade. Additionally, TRC
eliminated interior jump ramps and column projections into parking spaces.

Key Structural Components
Precast structure and CIP shearwalls
Architecturally enhanced walls and precast panels
Reduced required ventilated SF by 33%
Increased parking by 47 spaces at grade and direct access levels
