TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for the 25-story, oceanfront 5-star luxury resort condo/hotel tower. Situated on almost two acres on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the 660,000 square foot, 333 unit development offers world-class hotel amenities and services that include expansive balconies with magnificent ocean views, state-of-the art security and telecommunications, a sixth floor pool deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with two spas, poolside cabanas, fitness center, poolside restaurant and indoor/outdoor bar. The ground floor features include commercial/retail spaces, an Oceanside bistro, a 424-space covered parking garage, a 2,700 square foot, 200-seat ballroom and meeting facilities.

The unique condo/hotel concept allows owners to use their units when in residence with all of the conveniences and services of a hotel. When not in residence, owners have the advantage of placing their units into the voluntary on-site hotel rental program.
