Design and construction engineering services for SIU School of Medicine throughout most of the firm's history, including renovation projects as well as new buildings. These projects have included complete engineering services for HVAC systems, including AHU's, boilers, chillers, ductwork, building automation systems piping, plumbing, fire protection systems, and electrical systems including lighting and lighting controls, power distribution, data, telecommunications and specialty systems, Plumbing and Life Safety Systems.

TRC has completed energy studies, surveyed and analyzed all air handling systems throughout their campus and designed for upgrades for improving energy efficiency and controls.
