TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, construction administration and threshold inspection services for the luxurious 30-story, 210-unit BellaMaré high-rise condominium on Williams Island, known as the "Florida Riviera." Each "sky home" has exquisite views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean with amenities that include state-of-the-art private fitness center with locker rooms with sauna and steam, private Breakfast Club and lounge, surround sound theatre with tiered seating, billiards and card room with wet bar, large guest suites, and business center. The condominium also includes a three-level, 215,165 square foot, 550-space parking garage. A heated pool and spa with poolside grills and gazebo areas are located on the beautifully landscaped top deck of the garage.
