TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on this eleven-story, 220,232 square foot Old World Mediterranean-style luxury condominium. The floor plans for these 28-unit residences range from 4,300-5,200 square feet, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway and Lake Boca Raton. The condominium also features a two-story grand lobby, private elevators, full-time concierge, exercise facility, club room, seaside villas with individual courtyards and pools, a private marina for yachts up to 100 feet, and an oceanfront pool with secluded cabanas.
