TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for this twenty-two story, high-end high-rise residential tower and (2) two-story townhouse villas. Covered parking on grade for 250 cars encircles the entire tower with its roof serving as a landscaped garden at the lobby elevation.
