TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for this 23-story, 85-unit high-rise luxury condominium located on the Gulf of Mexico. The tower includes twenty-one residential levels with 5 units per typical level, plus two amenity levels with a landscape deck over the parking garage. The amenity levels include club room and steam baths, executive board room with private dining capabilities, screened sunroom with showers and baths, pool and spa, cabanas, serving bar and barbecue area overlooking the beachfront commons.
