TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services for this gated residential community located on a 15-acre private island near the Gulf of Mexico. Each of the three Mediterranean-style buildings is 10-stories over one level of parking. The project includes a three-story, 19,500 square foot private yacht club facility and guard house, 50 cabanas, pool, and seawall and dock enhancements.
