TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering design and contract administration services on this eleven-story, 555,000 square foot, ultra-luxury condominium located on a 5-acre site, directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The Tower has nine residential levels with private elevator entry over two parking levels. Outstanding amenities include The Floridian Club, a private beach club, five 2-room guest cottages, private pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, and outdoor entertaining terrace. The design of this Tower will utilize special coastal details due to the proximity to the Coastal Construction Control Line.
